All products purchased from APP Pet Food Sdn Bhd are available for delivery.
We usually ship your order within 7 to 14 working days after accepting your order, but this depends on stock availability, delivery location and product size.
All deliveries require signature upon delivery. If there is no one to accept and confirm the package at the time of delivery, we will arrange a second delivery with you. Each subsequent re-delivery will be subject to an additional delivery fee based on the item purchased.
You need to provide your complete shipping address so someone can receive and confirm the package. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Email address.
If a package is returned without regard to the above conditions, you are responsible for paying the cost of the second delivery.
