How to Claim?
The more complete your documents are, the quicker we can process your claims.
It is important that the right information is on the vet receipts.
Visit a vet
You don't need to inform us before seeking vet treatment, you can immediately bring your pet for treatment.
- You can go to any registered vet in Malaysia!
- We reimburse your vet bills after co-payment and deductibles/excess
- There is a 14 day waiting period for illness claims, remember to check your policy/certificate start date
Vet clinic receipt requirements
After the treatment, be sure to get an itemised vet receipt from your vet. A full, detailed bill from your vet is important for us to process your claim. You bill should include:
- Your pet’s name
- Your name
- Vet clinic name
- Itemised billing
- Each medication name and price
- Date of treatment & diagnosis
Get more details from your doctor
Make sure to get more details about the diagnosis and cause from the doctor as it will be helpful for your claims later. You can ask questions like:
- What is the Diagnosis/Condition/Illness?
- What caused the condition/illness?
File a claim
Answer a few easy questions and upload receipts from your vet visit. If you need to file expenses from more than one trip to the vet, please file separate claims for each visit.
- Log into your Wild Brains account
- Click on "Claim now" or select a pet's policy and click the "Claim now" button within it.
- Fill in a few more information in the claims form and upload your bill.
- And done!
You're done!
We will then work with our partner to review your claim. The processing time can take about 3-4 weeks. We got your so back so sit tight and we hope your furkid gets well soon.
- You can check your claim's status via our claim history page in the dashboard
- Your approved reimbursement will be sent into the bank account you entered in your Wild Brains account

Click on "Claim now"
Click on "Claim now" or select a pet's policy and click the "Claim now" button within it.
Fill in and upload.
Fill in a few more information in the claims form and upload your bill.
